Mr. Eskin is an accomplished attorney with over 40 years of experience, comprising a strong background in complex issues across various areas of law. He has a proven ability to negotiate, litigate, mediate, and arbitrate complex matters. Mr. Eskin has litigated cases in superior and federal court.
Mr. Eskin has achieved full settlement in cases as both a settlement officer and as a member of the Panel of Referees in the Los Angeles Superior Court – Northwest District. He has resolved cases as a member of the CRASH program of the Los Angeles Superior Court – Glendale District, and has served as a court-appointed arbitrator on the panel of arbitrators for the Los Angeles Superior Court in Burbank. He has served as President and as a fee arbitrator of the Glendale Bar Association. Mr. Eskin has also presided as Judge Pro Tem and was an instructor for the Becker CPA Review Course (DeVry University) for approximately 16 years, teaching the black-letter law section of the exam.
