Mr. Abramson is a second-generation Los Angeles attorney who understands what the court system looks like — and what being in front of a jury feels like, even with the best of cases, from both sides. Born in Los Angeles, Mr. Abramson's earliest recollections were in his father's law office, listening to conflict and the negotiation of pre-trial resolutions. From these experiences at an early age, Mr. Abramson knows what settling conflicts early looks like, and how valuable that really is.
Mr. Abramson has litigated cases in state and federal court, as well as arbitration for both plaintiff and defense, and has a unique understanding of the risks and benefits of going to trial or arbitration on either side of the v. He is a seasoned mediator who has settled countless cases through effective, practical, real-world expertise in applicable law. Mr. Abramson trained in dispute resolution at Pepperdine University's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution before even attending law school, where he mediated cases in small claims court in Los Angeles County, and volunteered as a mediator for the L.A. County Bar Association Dispute Resolution Program.
