About

Nathan started working with his current firm immediately out of law school and was named the litigation partner after five years. He has litigated a variety of disputes during his practice, including real estate matters, commercial and residential leasing disputes, business litigation, employment wage-and-hour, discrimination, and harassment claims, and construction litigation. Nathan also devotes a significant portion of his practice to representing non-profit and church organizations, in both litigation and pre-litigation matters. He has prepared estate plans for clients early in his career and has represented clients in trust and estate litigation as well. Nathan has tried cases to verdict in front of a judge and a jury, and has handled cases through the appeal process.

As a litigator, Nathan has participated in countless mediations and settlement conferences. More often than not, the settlement efforts were successful.

Litigation is the basic legal right which guarantees every corporation its decade in court. — David Porter
