Kenneth Yaeger has practiced law for over 50 years, on both the plaintiff and defense sides of personal injury cases. Mr. Yaeger has extensive mediation experience from all perspectives — as plaintiff's counsel, insurance defense counsel, and as the mediator in personal injury cases. In addition to being a mediator in over 6,000 matters, Mr. Yaeger spent 17 years in the personal injury defense bar advocating for the civil defense of individuals and businesses on behalf of insurance companies. He has also represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases for over two decades. Mr. Yaeger is one of the few attorneys with comprehensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants while at the same time acting as a mediator and arbitrator. It is with this unique perspective that Mr. Yaeger is an expert at seeing all sides of personal injury cases and understanding and overcoming obstacles to settlement.
