Kayhan Shakib, Esq.
Mr. Shakib has been a member of many Bar Associations and served in different capacities including Board Member and President of Iranian American Lawyers Association. He is currently a Board Member of Downtown Los Angeles Fashion District Association.
1988-Present: Established and managed a boutique law firm with multiple attorneys in Southern California with Northern California satellite offices during some of those years. Practice included corporate, business, and real estate transactions as well as civil litigation including several court and jury trials in the fields of business and personal injury.
EXPERIENCE
1995- Present: Managed, owned and or repositioned a good number of real estate projects, both residential and commercial including multi-tenant apartment buildings, shopping centers, industrial projects, and office buildings.
Since 2008 Currently reduced legal professional activities and is now concentrating more on managing his own commercial real estate portfolio.
