In addition to contract and lease litigation, Mr. Ryan has acted as outside general counsel for a large regional brokerage for the last twenty years. In that capacity, he has experience in a wide array of lease and purchase-and-sale disputes, including deposit forfeiture and failure-to-disclose claims.
