Mr. Eskin is an accomplished attorney with over 40 years of experience, comprising a strong background in complex issues of various areas of law. Mr. Eskin has a proven ability to negotiate, litigate, mediate, and arbitrate complex matters. Mr. Eskin has litigated cases in superior and federal court.
PRACTICE AREAS:
Mr. Eskin’s practice has included real estate law, contracts, trust estates, trust administration bankruptcy, commercial insurance litigation, talent agency, management, music, media and entertainment law.
EXPERIENCE
Over his many years of practice, Mr. Eskin has achieved full settlement in cases as a both a settlement officer and separately as a member of the Panel of Referees in the Los Angeles Superior Court- Northwest District. Further, Mr. Eskin has resolved cases as a member of the CRASH program of the Los Angeles Superior Court- Glendale District. Mr. Eskin has further served as a court appointed arbitrator on the panel of arbitrators for the Los Angeles Superior Court in Burbank.
Mr. Eskin has served as President and as a fee arbitrator of the Glendale Bar Association.
In his spare time, Mr. Eskin has presided as Judge Pro Tem. Mr. Eskin has been an instructor for Becker CPA Review Course division of DeVry University for approximately 16 years, teaching the black letter law section of the exam.
Mr. Eskin’s has a vast experience and understanding of the law and the intricacies of mediating and settling cases. He knows what it takes to mediate and be able to deal with the law and personalities that goes into bringing a matter to an amicable resolution.
