Mr. Abramson is a second generation Los Angeles attorney that understands the court system and being in front of a jury looks like, even with the best of cases, from both sides.
Born in Los Angeles, Mr. Abramson’s earliest recollections were in his father’s law office and listening to conflict and negotiating resolution pre-trial. If cases weren’t resolved, Mr. Abramson crawled around floors of depositions and trials while his father went to battle. From these experiences at an early age, Mr. Abramson knows what settling conflicts early looks like and how valuable that really is.
Mr. Abramson has litigated cases in state and federal court, as well as arbitration for both plaintiff and defense, and has a unique understanding of the risks and benefits of going to trial or arbitration on either side of the v.
Mr. Abramson is a seasoned mediator that has settled countless cases through effective, practical, and real world expertise on applicable law. Mr. Abramson has been engaged in dispute resolution and engaged in training at Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution before even attending law school, where he mediated cases in the small claims court in Los Angeles County, and volunteered as a mediator for the L.A. County Bar Association Dispute Resolution Program, recognizing that the most preferred way of disposing of the trenches of warfare and unpredictability that come from court trials means settling outside of court, where parties can have a fair stake and certainty in settlement.
Where there’s a will, there’s a way.
