Kevin Levian is a seasoned mediator with a rich background in employment law and
personal injury litigation spanning over two decades. Equipped with extensive experience
representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Kevin possesses a unique ability to thoroughly
evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each party’s position. As a middle child, Kevin often
learned to navigate various situations and became a skilled negotiator regularly helping to
resolve conflicts. His adept interpersonal skills and capacity to establish a genuine rapport with
all involved parties are instrumental in facilitating constructive dialogue. Kevin is fluent in Spanish speaking.


Throughout his legal career, Kevin has navigated a broad spectrum of practice areas
within employment law, encompassing discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful
termination, breach of contract, wage and hour disputes, and various other employment-related
claims. He has demonstrated proficiency in handling litigation across diverse forums, including
state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration proceedings. Additionally,
