Jamie Sasson, Esq.

Jamie Alan Sasson, Esq. is a Florida licensed Attorney and is the Owner/Founder of the Sasson Law Firm. Jamie attended Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, MA, earning a Juris Doctorate Degree, and is currently a member of the law school’s Dean’s Committee.

Prior to earning his law degree, Jamie attended Saint Andrews High School in Boca Raton, Florida, and attended college at the University of Florida, earning a degree in Political Science.

Prior to starting the Sasson Law Firm, Jamie worked for 18 years at The Ticktin Law Group, rising to become the firm’s managing partner, as well as a co-owner of the law firm. In that position, Jamie managed the firm’s operations, as well as overseeing the work of 10-25 attorneys, and a staff of 40-100 employees. Due to his experience gained at The Ticktin Law Group, Jamie felt it was time to start his own law firm, so that he could give his client’s the best personal attention and legal services he could provide to them.

PRACTICE AREAS:

Jamie’s practice area involves civil and commercial litigation. Jamie also represents businesses and individuals in the handling all of their legal needs. Jamie is experienced in transactional work, such as drafting contracts, and handling complex real estate or business transactions. Moreover, Mr. Sasson is experienced in Family Law, Probate Law, Wills, Trusts and Estates, Employment Law, Real Estate Law, Mortgage Foreclosure Defense, and Personal Injury, among other areas.

EXPERIENCE

Jamie has represented thousands of clients, ranging from individuals to large companies, in a wide range of areas of law. Moreover, Jamie has represented several high-profile clients during his career, with many of his cases being reported in the national news, such as the New York Times, Newsweek, and the Daily Mail. During his time as a lawyer Jamie has conducted numerous trials, both bench and jury, in both State and Federal Court. Jamie has also handled litigation and conducted trials, in other parts of the U.S., such as Nevada, Colorado, and Texas. Jamie also assisted a client in a case that went before the United States Supreme Court, regarding judicial nominees contacting their donors to thank them, a case which is now the law of the land.

Jamie has been featured in the local news regarding several of his higher profile cases, as well as commenting on the law in the State of Florida. Jamie has also been a guest on televisions shows, and several radio programs.

Jamie is a member of the Florida Bar, the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, Federal Bar for the District of Columbia, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Moreover, Jamie is a member of his
