- 1994-present the practice has been mainly representing injured plaintiffs in medical malpractice matters and other personal injury matters.
- 1984-1994 private practice focused on civil defense of individuals and those represented by insurance companies. Also, civil litigation of individuals and
business entities. - 1974-1984 private practice focused on family law, personal injury, Workers Compensation, wills and trusts, business transactions, landlord/tenant, and criminal defense (mainly felony matters).
- 1973-1974 represented the City of Glendale in many types of governmental matters including Code violations, Civil Service hearings and defense of the City in civil actions.

Judge Pro Tem for Los Angeles Superior Court – Began 1979 to the present and have handled over 13,000 cases on a pro bono basis.
Arbitrator/Mediator for Los Angeles and Ventura Counties – Appointed by the counties as a volunteer in over 4,000 matters.
Mandatory Settlement Judge volunteer appointed by Ventura County.
Guest lecturer at Pepperdine University School of Law regarding dispute resolution. Speaker – Pacific Hills High School.
Volunteer at Falling Whistles charity.
